I used to live in Hong Kong for a period of time, so I'm familiar with not being in the same time zone as "most people".

You know, working with trains in OpenTTD is a bit like programming - you start with simple building blocks, then use them to build immensely complex stuff

The app looks like a slide show

There is a button that brings up the admin panel.

Where, among other things, the admin can modify the slides that will be shown, from a list of templates.

Say you choose the "custom" template, which is just a bunch of text.

An editor appears, which looks like the slide, but the text is editable.

The problem is that the iPad keyboard covers half of the screen

jQuery won't help exactly....

Prayer times are calculated based on a number of factors, and certain prayers (like the "shema") must be recited by a certain time.

That time is based on the number of daylight hours for the given day. The app calculates that time.

@Moshe I love the shema, it's one of the few prayers I remember by heart

I couldn't type it here for the life of me, but I could recite it

And there are other announcements too, that being one template.

Point being, I've got clock editors and zman editors etc (zman is the Hebrew word for "time")

And I can't make them both nice and functional.

Anyways, @TimStone, I think you had a correct thought though. I haven't had time to play around with it, but I think the way I have the stackflair.com page setup may have race conditions that causes it to hit the api 5 times immediately which may be causing exceptions.
