When he's putting a toy I take it away instantly, that solved the issue with toys, but sadly enough, I can't take away his finger. :D

I've seen spicy oils used to prevent chewing. Not sure how well it works with nose-sticking though.

But one thing I find amazing, my son keeps being surprised when his stomach hurts. lol
