According to Arthur Fischer, the blurb at the beginning of tour ("Foobar Stack Exchange is a question and answer site ... ") is mod-editable. Has any mod ever edited that part? I never saw anything other than standard text there.

if the affected versions are >1.0.0 and <1.0.1p, then the bug was introduced in the range of x, so 1.0.0 > x < 1.0.1p
