@JanDvorak no, send Nicael to Elba

escapes

Oh I'm sure nicael could induce bugs even if s/he (?) happens to be wrapped securely in saran wrap. If anything s/he (?) would induce a bug in the saran wrap.

Wait, that's another number there. Why this difference?

@Braiam moved, maybe? I moved a ton of messages

So @GABeech thinks it's a good day to test taking #stackoverflow down to 1 webserver at peak traffic again. Would anyone notice trouble?

7:23 PM
@Braiam Yeah... they kinda had a lot of zero-days and told no one about it.

@hichris123 Can't we ask the NSA to simply uninstall flash on every computer? That would be tax-money well paid...

Q: Marriage Issues in Java

Jack StewI am trying to write a code which if the following conditions are met it will say marry me otherwise it would say get lost. Conditions which need to be met: Wanted for companionship: 22 to 27 year old male, non-smoking, under 72 inches tall, under 160 pounds, good-looking, able to relocate.” T...

any time you like*

@Undo rofl that's awesome, keep pinging me with those :D

Just tested by logging out at Travel. Logged out. Returned to the site; I'm logged in immediately.

The log out button is pretty much just that, a button.

I have different profile pics on SO and MSO. Can you do it?
Ah dammit. They were synced?
I'll do it again...

yay, chat.meta works.

8:34 PM
Despite the fact it's possible to have a different profile pic on the per-site meta, after the rep sync the profile pics are synced...

Sounds borkey.

sounds not worth reporting ;)

But I did want to have normal pic on SO and its grayscale version on MSO. It works for some time (half an hour or so), you can check my pics now :)
Lol, I can make my profile names different :D
nicael on SO, leacin on MSO
But if the 5-min grace period comes over on MSO, I'll have different names fixed!
Or... There will be a sync bug!
Anyone noticed that the realtime live updates on rep are borked?
Or it's just me?

@TinyGiant nothing is deleted ;)

@nicael Depending on who's definition of deleted you ascribe to. If you ascribe to Stack Exchange's definition, then it is deleted.

Also three answers.

Do we ever discuss the seasonal or global event effects on site traffic?
assuming global event effects exist. I know seasonal effects do, though.

@Undo My bot died, but I can start it up again.

If Shog9 had 16 more answers on Javascript on SO, he'd have a JS Gold Badge. Whatever that's worth.

My laptop died and I'm on vacation. None of the outlets here are three-prong :(
Oh wait I have a two prong adapter thingy. Give me a few minutges

@AaronHall And then he can finally close crappy JavaScript duplicates with a single vote! Oh wait, he already can...
