The logic of 'no minor edits because it makes more work for reviewers' is weird to me. In that case, why does everyone argue for small atomic commits? :) small diffs are easier to parse

I think we’ve finally arrived at a semi-stable network layout for running Stack Overflow and the rest of the trilogy.

The last part is in reference to an unfortunate recent switch outage at PEAK, our datacenter provider. It was handled swiftly, but now there is no longer a single point of failure upstream of us at PEAK — we’re being served by two different switches on two different internet connections. I think the solution to the problem of poor English speakers is to charge $20 per question during the late night hours in the US for users who have less than 1K. Then, they have to raise their rates and then jobs will stop being outsourced. And as a bonus, no more: "Would please you have give me codes of image gallery?" type questions.
