@ShadowWizardSaysNoMoreWar I like "0.1" more than "<1" because it gives me more information with not much more space. (0.1 tells me that it's not 0.6 or 0.3).

According to how things worked on the recent Fitness.SE election results page, and the algorithm deduced from that behavior, I would think that Charlie would be listed there, haha
