The Sphinx's Lair is the main Puzzling.SE chatroom. Generally, when a user has posts, it's better to raise a custom flag on the post. Pinging mods about issues is generally discouraged, but TSL is a but of exception.

Like, ideally it should be the entire network profile that should just be removed because I doubt they're going to turn from a spam user into a normal user

@Nzall Not really. It's not the biggest deal, either - there's no requirement to nuke the users, although it's helpful.

and I also don't really see a reason to keep pure spam users around

Especially when they're using their bio and website fields to spam

@Nzall that's not a spam user. The one answer that user posted appears to be legit. Profile is indeed spammy and NSFW and should be reset by a moderator, but as long as the user won't put the spam back there or post spam answers/questions, it's fine.

People can claim Jon Skeet is spammer because he advertise his book in his profile.

Profile can be used to advertise your own products. But not when it's NSFW or abusive for others.

And yep, I am wondering if they will indeed use the anime design from the fan made art they referenced.

If I remember correctly, the same artist did designs for all the mane six, including one for Twily. Also again if I remember correctly, the Twily one was based on the old "human Twilight should be asian" theme (don't ask why someone had that idea. I don't know. Maybe the hair style?) and therefore would probably end up in a weird figure of Twilight with almond-shaped eyes.

@Mgetz ? Equestria Girl is still flash based. Most characters reuse the same body puppet model so every member of the mane seven has the exact same body / face shape.

There are some difference in the eye shape, but they are mostly to be found in the eyebrows (except for Fluttershy eyes, which probably are the odd ones in the group)

It is not like anything in Twilight official EG suggest she should be considered to have Asiatic face features

It's pretty much the same situation in large part in the US music industry. The lack of a public domain of contemporary music means that everybody is technically infringing on everybody. But because the industry is owned by a few major players it doesn't matter because they aren't going to sue themselves.
