Pendant Alert: They used a very slightly different color on their own website, than the exact color provided to Stack Exchange - With the money for a top of the line design Dept. you'd think that Google would document their colors and instruct others consistently - so Cat's version checks out:
@Rob For the Cloud logo, #4285F4 is the correct brand color for Google Blue (see, e.g., this blog post). It looks like it's an SVG rendering issue (reproduces for me as well but with a different wrong color, no idea why) - the SVG source specifies fill="#4285F4".
I couldn't find any authoritative source on the Go logo color, and indeed, those are inconsistent - golang.org uses #00acd7 and the Collective uses #00ADD8.
For the Go Logo I used their website, similarly for the Google Cloud icon I used their FavIcon.
It's unexplained that if the same SVG was used in each case, the same browser, and same color picker, why there would be a minute difference; and two people agree it's different, but not on the values. FWIW: FF Android and Pixolor, Samsung S9+.
Yeah, actually the colors on that blog post don't match the internal reference I have either...the SVG file source matches the internal reference almost, except that the yellow is off by 1.
Also perhaps unsurprisingly, the fact that "go" is a common English word makes searching for the information on the official color/logo for that rather difficult...
The Kingdom of Kush (; Egyptian: 𓎡𓄿𓈙𓈉 kꜣš, Assyrian: Ku-u-si, in LXX Ancient Greek: Κυς and Κυσι; Coptic: ⲉϭⲱϣ; Hebrew: כּוּשׁ) was an ancient kingdom in Nubia, centered along the Nile Valley in what is now northern Sudan and southern Egypt.
The region of Nubia was an early cradle of civilization, producing several complex societies that engaged in trade and industry. The city-state of Kerma emerged as the dominant political force between 2450 and 1450 BC, controlling the Nile Valley between the first and fourth cataracts, an area as large as Egypt. The Egyptians were the first to ide...
Kush generally refers to a pure or hybrid Cannabis indica strain. Pure C. indica strains include Afghan Kush, Hindu Kush, Green Kush, and Purple Kush. Hybrid strains of C. indica include Blueberry Kush and Golden Jamaican Kush. The origins of Kush Cannabis are from landrace plants mainly in Afghanistan, Northern Pakistan and North-Western India with the name coming from the Hindu Kush mountain range. "Hindu Kush" strains of Cannabis were taken to the United States in the mid-to-late 1970s and continue to be available there to the present day.

@ShadowWizardWearingMaskV2 probably localized to NL ;)
@Luuklag No, I didn't :) Maybe you're confusing me with my brother, who bought a car, then leased a car (with a limit on km per month) and now has bought another car?
@Luuklag ;) It's a VW Polo, but with a special transmission so I don't have to shift gears manually. I'm still not back to being able to handle both traffic and a manual transmission, there's some sort of weird shortcircuiting going on when I try.
Like, if you can't get your license in a normal car, you go try an automatic transmission one... and you get a license that only allows you to drive automatic too.
So it's a last resort for people with all sorts of disorders that make they can't shift gears.
@Tinkeringbell Maybe its a european thing. There's a joke about americans not being able to drive stick shift at all, and its a "eh, whichever you prefer" out here
though there's a seperate automatic only licence here
@Luuklag I'm well aware the people who post random images in answers are spammers (...well, abusive posters, at least). I'm just trying to figure out where they're coming from (especially the selfies, which is otherwise just weird). I have a pet theory that there's some tutorial or something somewhere that is suggesting that people post these on MSE, and so I'm asking everyone who does it what brought them here. And of course, flagging the post R/A :-)
...okay, maybe this one is different

Did you ever get an answer to one of your comments though? I just expect them to be some random driveby
Hey they did reply in this case @RyanM

@Luuklag Not since 30+ years ago, today I appreciate how far technology has come; and elimination of racist laws that favor longer sentences for some groups over others.
@Aibobot Had to run... I don't know if it's a European thing, and to be honest I don't care: They're the rules here and other countries having other rules doesn't make things suck less. Being only able to drive a car with automatic transmission is a disabled people thing here, and it sucks knowing that I could drive a normal car but if I had to get a license at this point, all I would be able to get is a disability thing just because I can't get over myself.
@RyanM I've watched one and some snippets of some others. Each time there is a camera cut to the inside of the car (approximately, every 3.2 seconds), the driver is in the middle of shifting the gears. The only possible explanation is that cars in that universe must have about a bajillion (give or take) gears to switch through.
@Tinkeringbell I'm driving a disables car today btw. Switched cars with my parents for the time my boys are at their place. Their car has a ramp in the backdoor to easily load a mobility scooter.
I happened to notice an unfamiliar domain in the source code, used to monitor Jobs traffic or something like that.
Being a curious person, and a web programmer, I browsed to the plain domain: https://clc.stackoverflow.com/
This resulted in a cryptic message:
Hi. I'm Steve. But not that Stev...
@Luuklag There seems to be no recent activity here or on his own website, and his 'welcome announcement' was unclear whether he actually did get a [Staff] indicator applied to his account.
Unrelated to that, but @Zoethe1337Princess with the new profile changes, visiting your profile fully freezes up the tab for ~10 seconds while it loads the XKCD and renders the trans flag :?
(Not trying to imply that's your fault fyi, I suspect there's something going on with the new UI)
I wouldn't even call it slow loading. The flag waves a couple of times, then scroll, clicking, flag waving etc. just stop for a few seconds until the XKCD appears
