I did have Hummus causing a nasty indigestion once, years ago... but it did not deter me. Mistakes happen after all. And one time out of hundreds is really not so bad. :)

@Magisch Yeah but then isn't it easier to just have charcoal members host it? Because if something happens to that box, now it'll be SE that'll have to fix stuff :/
@Tinkeringbell I suspect quite a few of the issues is that MS is hosted on a box only undo has access to, on a bandwith and heavily space constrained instance too
Personally here if you have a donation receipt and the organization you're donating to is a registered nonprofit you can deduct up to 20% of your total income from earned income for tax purposes if you've donated it
So if I made 30k a year and donated 1k of that I'll be taxed as if I had made 29k that year
@Magisch Yeah, that's the same here except mostly you opt to give that additional 25% (depending on your tax bracket) to the charity instead. So if you gave £100, the charity claims the tax on your behalf to make it into £125

Do not be alarmed - there is a "secret" way you can see the existing SE Venn Euler diagram in its full glory. It requires a little bit of inspection, but it's there. Kudos goes to the first person to find this hidden gem.
Damn that was fast.. and scary. Had blood test this morning (routine check), doctor called less than 10 hours after that and asked me to re-do the tests related to liver functions. If anyone got a liver to spare, I'll be glad.... :/

@Tinkeringbell well, I had a liver malfunction in the past, caused by medicine I took. I stopped taking that med and all went back to normal. It was 20 years ago so hard to believe it's related. Also back then the doctor called in person, panicked, and yelled at me to stop using the medicine ASAP. Today "only" the secretary called and didn't sound in panic. :)
@ShadowWizard A lot of people that took paracetamol frequently as children ended up with liver function issues. I was very reluctant to give it to our kids, even for high fever, unless there was just no choice and even then we'd try Ibuprofen first.
@Tinkeringbell the amount of paracetamol necessary to poison and possibly permanently and severely damage your liver is just about double of the daily maximum recommended dose
there is a substantial amount of people who use it to relieve fever and then between bouts of being asleep because sick forget how long ago they took their last dose and then end up taking too much
@Tinkeringbell both of those things are true, but are not things to worry about if you use it as an as-needed painkiller
the whole "bad for your stomach" thing is because it's an NSAID - any NSAID painkiller has an inherent risk of causing stomach ulcers when taken for a prolonged period
likewise the addiction - more likely than paracetamol, but only if you're taking for long enough for that to be a concern
@Magisch Yeah, my physician said it was bad to take it for about two weeks every month. You at the very least build up a kind of tolerance so that it won't work as well, apparently :/
I've had serious flu where I have no concept of the passage of time
the bits and bouts of going to the bathroom and quickly drinking something and taking meds before passing out again could be 2 hours apart or 20, in that state I would have no way of knowing
@Mithrandir Hmm, I'm not sure when that broke, but it would have to be recently, perhaps with the responsive work being done. I can say with a high degree of certainty that I tried tabbing through the question process and it worked, up to and including a stop at the checkbox in the correct order.
That has broken before and we've fixed it. On safari, shift-tab oddly always seems to go to search, regardless of the current tab position, which is super weird. I'm blaming Safari for that, at least initially.
Well that was odd. I could post that from FireFox but not from Chrome. Might be a rogue script - unfortunately, I can't disable the scripts without the mouse....
