There's a "Report" button on the the Quora user page (inside the 3-dots aka overflow menu)

cool... Quora doesn't limit the text box for report button... it's longer than SE allows for a post (>30000 chars)

I'd say yes, generally - at least on a child meta - particularly if the question was also asked and declined on MSE. I'd probably say no here on MSE unless they've had specific guidance on it.

@Catija A common way for the community to handle FRs that go blatantly against the ideals or principles of SE is to close them as duplicates of questions that explain said principles. What do you think of a moderator marking such a request as declined?

I'm probably not the best person to ask, as I'm hesitant to do it myself. Until I get a better idea of how we use mod tags as CMs, I'm not really going to advise people how to use them as mods.

On a per-site meta, I'd [status-decline] that FR myself, but best left for a CM to do here unless it's really clear-cut (comments on downvotes, et al)

@Catija Shog once compared 6-8 minutes to 6-8 days, and there was a definite comparison there, so...

But since it's an indeterminate amount of time, getting the WayBackMachine to archive it isn't something far-fetched.
