I think it might be related to the problem I get every so often where I'm "locked out" of all SO sites after trying to view the accounts tab on my profile.
I don't care enough for it to be a faq; while I appreciate the recognition of having written something useful enough to receive this distinction, I'd rather be able to update it in the meantime.
