@bjb568 See, this behavior is annoying. A newcomer to the Tavern trying to get help with using Smokey will be met with this useless response from your bot. It's funny at first, but quickly becomes annoying. Furthermore, because your bot is undocumented, we really can't understand how it works or what chat messages trigger a response from it. Please, document your bot and remove some of its "weird" features.

A chat bot responding to the command "!!/help" is hardly reprimandable
user259867
An API can be copyrighted.
If anything, the behavior to discourage here is repeatedly oneboxing the same self-posts knowing that it'll just serve to annoy other users
@bjb568 The response your chatbot returns for !!/help is not helpful at all (pun intended).
It doesn't need to be.
03:56
A chatbot is expected to respond in a reasonably sane and understandable fashion to commands. The unexpected messages your undocumented chatbot generates is not helpful at all.
The bot has been operating for 6 months now, with little complaint. Just showing up and demanding it be immediately shut down won't get you anywhere.
I don't know why you unmuted me if you had such a fundamental problem with the messages I post, but since that is the case I encourage you to mute me now.
@DragonLordtheFiery There is no reason to treat bots and nonbots differently.

Unbelievable that this would be on Steam.
I still have the original game media, documentation, and likely packaging from 1996.
Terra Nova: Strike Force Centauri is a 1996 tactical first-person shooter video game developed and published by Looking Glass Technologies. Set in a science-fictional depiction of the 24th century, the game follows a faction of humans who colonize the Alpha Centauri star system to escape from the Hegemony, a totalitarian Earth government. The player assumes the role of Nikola ap Io, the leader of an Alpha Centauri military unit, and undertakes missions against pirates and the Hegemony. Terra Nova has been cited as one of the first squad-oriented games with three-dimensional (3D) graphics; the player...

Is there a way to somehow promote questions on meta, similar to the bounty mechanism?
You could command teammates to fire at will, return fire only, defend a certain position, scout ahead, provide support, and more. The squad command system was outstandingly executed.
Prior to each mission, you'd select squad members each with certain specializations, the powered armor each would wear, the weapons they'd be equipped with, and an Auxiliary Suit Function (such as a turret or repair pack).
Weapons can either be energy-based (e.g. laser, multipulsar), drawing power from the suit's internal generator, or projectile-based (e.g. railgun, grenade launcher), with a finite ammo supply.
