Yes, there is no easy way to obtain a list of close voters. And any such list would exclude deleted posts, so the stats are likely to be seriously wrong.

E.g., if I deleted/undeleted own post, the delete vote is still shown with annotation "(deleted)" in grey. Same if I voted to delete someone's post, and it was deleted, and then undeleted by other users (i.e., overridden).

By the way, the current behaviour of the profile /votes tab is inconsistent in that Up and Down include only extant posts, while the other four tabs also include deleted ones (for 10K users only). Hopefully, this mess can be fixed along with the profile redesign.
