@JourneymanGeek flag isn't a respectful way to tell such a thing, it's a kick in the face. So I'll refrain from discussing or mentioning anything other than obvious fun stuff in the future.

(Quick question: why was it decided to show 10k+ users when their own message gets flagged? I thought they were only able to see flags on others' messages, not their own.)

Do moderators have some kind of manual, for example how to respond to each type of flag, maybe with references to Meta discussions or other things? If a manual exists I'd like to have it made public, otherwise I'd like to have one created.
much to my chagrin mods don't actually give feedback on flags. They only give feedback on whether or not it was correct to raise the flag, not on the outcome
I know i'm not person grata. But, please, lay off others. Well known, hacking down less desirables is a way of culling for purity. But it swells ugly. Please?
