@Krakalien If you want feedback on your Stack Overflow question you would have to ask on Stack Overflow. I edited the duplicate text (you should always look at the question preview before posting). But this is not the main problem with your question.
@Lundin To be honest this would probably fare a lot better if only Meta folks were involved as we mostly realized that there is no way to avoid AI training. It is the social networking posts from people that have no idea what is going on that lighted that fire.
@JourneymanGeek I am exploring those options. It seems that Chrome no longer supports userstyles but I didn't had much time (or eyes) to do more investigation about scripts yesterday.
I have rather sensitive eyes and when something has too much contrast or wrong colors (dark themes) I see colored blobs for half an hour. Like looking at sun.
@Lundin I see my bounty was removed, too. Maybe the message was a tad too much.. but my eyes were literally tearing yesterday after the tag change and now I need to avoid looking at them on pages where there are too many.
don't know... I kind of have trouble imagining living country where some basic things like healthcare, education, payed sick leave... and similar stuff are not available (or not available to all)
It is hard to say why... there is plenty of people that work in Germany, Austria, Italy... many came back home, some infected... but they didn't spread it a lot...
Thee post announcing results of negotiation currently has 520 upvotes and 6 downvotes. I would assume than anyone who was not satisfied with those results would downvote that post.
I was fine with your first version - it directly addresses FR, the other points are irrelevant as people can freely follow or unfollow posts. Or should I say, I don't agree with your first version either.
This is not request for completely new feature, this is just "enable existing feature on all posts", so while I cannot say how much time devs need to implement this, I doubt they would need 6 to 8 weeks. But main point is not how much time this requires, but whether it makes sense to have follow post on all posts. For instance I wanted to follow locked post and I couldn't, now I am not new around here so I assumed that this is maybe because post is locked. Not all users might know that, and this is confusing for users, not having expected functionality.
If you don't want to get notifications then you obviously shouldn't follow posts. Whole point of this FR is to get notification if something changes, no matter how unlikely it may be. Bookmarks don't send notifications.
