Fox tossing (German: Fuchsprellen) was a popular competitive blood sport in parts of Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries, which involved throwing live foxes and other animals high into the air. It was practiced by members of the aristocracy in an enclosed patch of ground or in a courtyard, using slings with a person on each end to catapult the fox upwards. It was particularly popular for mixed couples, though it was hazardous for both the tossed animals and the people launching them. Sometimes the terrified animals would turn on the participants, and the outcome for the tossed animals was usually...

@GitaarLAB I think I've seen a dev says at some point that the job that calculates tag scores is very very complicated and taking tons of resources, hence prone to lots of errors. There is existing bug report on MSE that is pending for years (2 or 3 maybe more) without being fixed yet about it. Bottom line: tag scores might not be updated for days and weeks. Soon to be 3 years.

@ShadowWizard The bug-rapport linked above was at some point marked as duplicate of meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/317757/… As far as I can tell, updating the tag-scores has worked (again) since Oded fixed it (around 3:00 utc). Some say the tag-badges are linked to that script, others say the tag-badges are a different script.

And without tag scores, there are no tag badges.
@GitaarLAB Oded never fixed it, otherwise he would have marked it .
See the last comments under Oded's answer.

Ahh, so they are still open

@GitaarLAB I think at this point, given that bug report has been open for so long, you might be justified in asking "Has their been any progress with this? Are there plans to fix it?" as its own question on MSE.
After all, that is your question.
Or just add a comment there. Probably a better idea.
