I'm confused. I just fixed that post and removed that link

Was sure question itself is spam but alas, turns out it's actual question. lol
hmm
@Luuklag NAA+
If NAA is posted on off topic question, it's double negative, so does it make it a valid answer? ;)

@ShadowTheKidWizard maybe review your FP on the RAID question, the previous spams for the same domain name have a very similar user name and why would you link to an actual site which sells duct tape when discussing server hardware?

12:25 PM
Because that's the proper way to install server hardware. With duct tape.

@Tinkeringbell SHHH
STOP TELLING PEOPLE THE MYSTERIES

How's that a mystery, if even I know that?

That 's another mystery
its mysteries all the way down
Also that's the second time I've seen an almost logical spam post
I wonder if the spammers are working towards XKCD 386 compliance

@JourneymanGeek Probably just trying to find a way for the spam to stick.

@Tinkeringbell just a little more...
and no spammy links
and actual answers

12:40 PM
@tripleee looked like figure of speech, as in "it's not worth doing".
Examples for the past spamming?

@Tinkeringbell ..... I just realised what you did there
hmm
looks like I have a potential job interview

@ShadowTheKidWizard Yes! The third was born in April. I just came back from parental leave last week. Apologies for the late reply, was going through a lot of notifications and emails.

@SpencerG that's what I was hoping to hear! That's really awesome. As father to three, it's totally worth the efforts, they help each other a lot, when they're not fighting or insulting each other. :D
@JourneymanGeek spam to stick?
Now @Rob is correct, @Spe can't be used anymore as it pings two people. :P

@ShadowTheKidWizard yes :D
@ShadowTheKidWizard ALL HAIL TAB COMPLETE

I don't like tab complete
I like my three letters shortcuts! :P

12:51 PM
@ShadowTheKidWizard tab complete + select by user ID would be perfect :D
also gets confusing if people change their name drastically a lot
we used to have a user who changed their name all the time

@JourneymanGeek @Meta used to do that while @Norm was around. ;)

@ShadowTheKidWizard lol
We got fed up and called them TOWMN

And think @CRABOLO was also name changer, no?

(The One With Many Names)
naw, was a SU user

12:56 PM
@JourneymanGeek Did I do something? I don't know what I did... help?!

@JourneymanGeek well yes, that would also fix the Dan problem

@Tinkeringbell duct tape... stick?
Don't tell me that was unintentional :D

Oh. Not deliberately, but that is funny, yeah. I'll take credit!

@ShadowTheKidWizard the metasmoke report has the history for this domain
my browser refuses copy/paste right now but click on MS in the Smoke Detector report and click through to the spammed domain ductcleaning.com.au (IIRC)

1:14 PM
@tripleee which has nothing to do with... duct tape
I wonder if its copied from somewhere or generated by some AI texty thing

@JourneymanGeek It's all about reuse these days. You clean your duct (tape), and you can use it again and save some money from falling into the hands of evil capitalists.

@Tinkeringbell that would presume you could remove duct tape :D

@JourneymanGeek It takes some skill, but it's possible ;)

(gaffer tape on the other hand...)

1:52 PM
@tripleee huh. You're correct. changed my feedback, but MS is bugged, for some reason it doesn't indicate answer is already deleted.

Do we work better when we outsource our memory to other tools?

@Feeds I've known that since I was a little kid... now, tell me something new?

2:23 PM
@Feeds one onebox is better than none
Not surprising, the term was stolen, it was coined already years before becoming commercial: nytimes.com/2005/08/23/health/…
