It's just a sum of all unique IP address question views, so it is quite strict. Actual traditional sloppily counted pageviews would be about three times that, based on comparing the Google Analytics with that number.

Perhaps it was deleted so fast it was already gone by the time Smokey got around to detecting it and so it never picked up the deletion event, I don't know
@NobodyNada That function is redefined frequently, it's definition for the line you referenced is here; needless to say that I won't be analyzing the data flow on a cellphone by magnifying glass.
Frequently spam with a high score is deleted almost instantly; it's a challenge to: refresh, see it, click thru, flag, and send before it disappears from under you.

The ollie is a skateboarding trick where the rider and board leap into the air without the use of the rider's hands. @ShadowWizardWearingMask I tried looking in the trash for the previous image but I had the wrong trashcan in my browser history, so it wasn't visible; but it was there a day ago because when I looked at something that was moved there it was. Another possibility is to try to find the original image.
