As far as I know, there is a reminder about accepting answer when a low repution user upvotes an answer to their own question: Remind new users to choose some answers?.

I vaguely recall that if a user has relatively low rep. also when they check the list of questions on their profile, something along the lines "do not forget to accept" was shown. (If there were some questions without accepted answer - but I do not remember the exact criteria.)

Does this reminder still exist? Is it documented somewhere?

Never saw anything in profile page so dunno.

There's also a "Welcome back! Don't forget you can upvote answers" banner too, when you visit a question page after a while of not visiting the site.

@KevinB Yes, I know. I generally waver on the second part, and usually only close as dupe if they don't add in anything new whatsoever.

In many cases, I just comment, "this was already declined earlier, see [x]", and leave it up to them if they want to edit in new arguments.

Does anyone know if this screenshot is from a UI that only low reps get? Because I can't even find where I have a similar screen. I've already tried guided and traditional mode. Is it due to me being in a team? I can't repro their bug either.

The former seems like an A/B test, the latter is occurring because a script is not loading.

@rene Here's a screenshot that replicates your screenshot. I am over 1K on SO. I am using FF Android, note the bottom of the screen, I'm not in "Full Site Mode" and my browser is not in "Desktop View". I have a mostly empty toolbar, with only an 'Add Picture' button. I don't suggest that you are doing exactly what I did to reproduce your screenshot, only proving that I can reproduce the bug.

People with low rep might not get the upload image option.
