if I didn't have portable AC in my apartment it would be time to camp in my parent's cellar instead. This is 2nd story apartment with very little airflow, it'd be 35°+ in here if not for AC with no way to cool it
50C in egypt is easily survivable. The way we cool ourselves (via sweat) is by evaporation, which works if it's hot and dry so the liquid on your skin (sweat) evaporates which is an endothermic reaction pulling heat from the surface they're on (your skin)
at a certain combination of relative humidity and temperature (called wet bulb) the evaporation cooling function of sweat no longer works at all, which means your body has no way of shedding heat
that means, failing a cooled or dry environment, you will just keep getting hotter, from ambient heat and your own heat production from muscle movement etc, and eventually suffer the consequences of that
