Normally I see del pls request come with pinging people like Shadow , Bart , rene.... I know it's help to delete fast. May we allow del plz request without pinging people.
@Shree I commented on one of their previous closures and they said it's their personal preference not to immediately delete upon closure. If your disagree with it, you should comment there again.
If I were a mod and I received a comment with a recommendation as to how I could do something differently, I'd take it as feedback rather than as pressure.

But its really worth considering we do things for a reason, and mods are, in this case, picked cause folks trust they know what to do. And if we don't know we'll ask.
@Shree It's actually pinging people you'd need permission for. Sha, Bart, rene et al. know for a fact that if they're pinging each other, they won't be upset.
