@JeremyBanks The exact details are complicated and likely subject to change. As I recall, 10k users can see deleted questions, if they know the URL. Mods can seem them on user's profiles. I'm not sure if that includes favorites or not.

@GeorgeMarian I meant that I just saw a deleted post in Geoff Dalagas' favourites, even though I can't see any other deleted posts in his profile (not being a mod). Confirming that you were right, and mods would be able to see them.

When I find users on S.O. that are actively participating and receiving rep (posting answers etc) but are posting a ton of questions and fail to accept any answer for little to none of their questions, should I flag their profile and note this issue? I ask because I'm not clear if intervention is in order to prevent the site from being junked up with tons of orphaned questions which appear to have no acceptable solution.
@AscensionSystems Accepting is entirely the concern of the asker. He is free to accept, or not accept, as he sees fit. If you see a good answer posted, up-vote it - this indicates just as well an answered question.
@Shog9 thanks, this is pretty much the same feedback I got from a question I posted (forgot I had chat open). If that's the way the site is meant to work then I guess that's the way to go. :)
