You'd need to use a new IP (whether a proxy or VPN, or dynamic IP) and clear your cookies. That's usually the only way to bypass blocks.

No. I know enough just to VPN and tor browse a new account. I do have standards and am I trying to do it right. If I see an open door I tend to walk through it if there is no warning otherwise.

You don't need a VPN in addition to Tor.

Tor alone is enough. But please don't get all the exit nodes banned. I use Tor.

It lets me seed way faster than with my own network.

Then I can download the completed files via ftp or equivalent.

@JohnDvorak If you mean EU’s Article 11 and 13 (“link tax” and “upload filter”), then that isn’t the only reason to use a VPN or Tor. You could just appear to change your location just to be more private.
