When you delete your account, create it anew and discover that your suspension has now grown:

Dumping history has no effect whatsoever on bans.

Or on moderators.

You'd need to use a new IP (whether a proxy or VPN, or dynamic IP) and clear your cookies. That's usually the only way to bypass blocks.

Then let them find it on their own. The acquired Google skills might serve them to ask better questions, too.

It lets me seed way faster than with my own network.

Then I can download the completed files via ftp or equivalent.

I don't use VPN or Tor. Despite the Article 13 scarecrow, everything still runs just fine from here.

No. Delete history only affects what is stored locally on your computer.

Mods don't care about the use of proxies or Tor.

Many people use them for legitimate reasons.
