Bourbon is made from corn, and there's no restrictions to mix that with anything, as mentioned it's even indigestible otherwise. Notable that Mr. (Lemmy) Kilmister used to consume Jack Daniels with Cola, and died much too early for my taste :(.

White rum (Bacardi) also goes well with cola of course.

Same does Havana Club, young rum.

But the latter is better going with a Mochito cocktail.
