I have not been banned anywhere for more than 12 months and I have been trolling everyday ... almost everyday, because occasionally I go on holidays and there is no reception deep inside the national forests/parks

This sort of "swipe left" was proposed on math meta sometime in 2013, I think... back then, the answer seemed to be "question lists are cached" but maybe the new new nav with all the user-level customization can do better.
