A: Magic link for Stack Overflow in Spanish

When was it that a bunch of people got together and decided that SO site will now be developing separately from the rest of the network? Usually such decision are made before users see the change.

Game theory is "the study of mathematical models of conflict and cooperation between intelligent rational decision-makers." Game theory is mainly used in economics, political science, and psychology, as well as logic, computer science, biology and poker. Originally, it addressed zero-sum games, in which one person's gains result in losses for the other participants. Today, game theory applies to a wide range of behavioral relations, and is now an umbrella term for the science of logical decision making in humans, animals, and computers. Modern game theory began with the idea regarding the existence...

It always turns out that the complainer misunderstood something.

@GrenadesPlus Depends. If it's about that spam on Math Overflow, then yes, it's redundant.

@S.L.Barth so it was redundant just now?

2012 election currently holds the record for smallest number of candidates (for SO): there were 18. We are sitting at 11 now, with 2 days to go.

user315433
The 2012 election is also notable in that all winners are still moderators. That can't be said about any other election except (naturally) the most recent one, 2015b.

user315433
Actually, it can be said - it just wouldn't be true.

It's hard to relax in a garden when your flowers are reviewing you.

@rene You're not. Ancient Spearrels of the past have been known to make herbal remedies from rene petals.

Vadim ZingertalUnless, of course, you meant Bill Gates. But htat giy is so old, he's hardly uncle anymore. Grandpa Bill would sound better :)

user315433

user315433
Wonder how many years of uncleness I have left...

@zaq No. You can't un-uncle.

Correct. Cle is what an uncle is before he gets uncled.

May 11 '14 at 21:09, by Bart
Has anyone seen my poisonous strawberries?

Poisonous or venomous?

@S.L.Barth hmm.. what's the difference? ;)

user315433
I think venomous is something that injects venom in you. Poisonous you have to consume yourself.

@ShadowWizard Venomous is when you get poisoned because the flower bit back. (Vegetarians beware!)
Poisonous is when you get poisoned by trying to eat the flower.
(Seriously, @zaq is right).

@S.L.Barth hmm... so venomous is when there's malice, and poisonous might be innocent.. interesting.
@rene is not venomous. He's a good flower. ;)

\o/

Though those who try to eat him will feel the poison.... :P
Kudos to Facebook. Their bugs are just big.
Wonder if they have Meta where Mark can report it?

@S.L.Barth I wouldn't rule that out with rene
We already know he blurs when threatened, biting is just the logical next step

Then @rene is a variation of a Venus fly trap. A Venus spam trap.
(Or a Venus Low Quality Post trap....)

Sklivvz used to be the person posting about New Nav project. Then some devs got reassigned to other things (teams, dev story, docs). All these have been shipped or un-shipped, but new nav looks like it's still on hold... I can't tell what sklivvz is working on now, all of his public activity is moderating Skeptics...

I'm beta-using the new nav (I think)
and its been so long I cant remember what the old nav is like
