Most of the time, we just delete off-color comments.

I also listed suggestions I already gave to help the community and mods with these comments that should be deleted. If something isn't done, I shouldn't be penalized for helping. @bjb568 As was discussed yesterday, context matters. Using the w-word when you already are (or recently have been) involved in a somewhat tense exchange with someone is very unadvisable, but a regex won't know that.

@hichris123 Thanks for the link. The case there seems silly, especially in light of Brad Larson's comment, but I do think Doorknob is puerile and exhibits playground-style vindictiveness, and not because of his age. It was also interesting to see an example of a suspension admitted to be incorrect. Any fair court would have unsuspended me too, but with people like @Shog9 against me (I don't know why he's so abusive, but there you go), what can I do?

I could go on about the real reason the Puzzling mods wanted rid of me, but I'd only be called a liar again; what's the point? I've had enough of being constantly abused and accused of being abusive myself.

Oh and @Bart made a good point: if you don't want to see my ugly mug, don't @-ping me. (Still, I'd be interested to hear what insults were in the post @hichris123 made just before "okay nevermind that's a bad idea" - the one that got removed.)

@ShadowWizard Sometimes you get a feel for what would work, and I do that sometimes, but if you can't try it out and have no idea, just leave it til later. The user you accept in the future will also get a nice suprise

@ChronoFish Implementation keeps going back to the drawing board. Most of the designs (to date) have been... overwrought. Designing something that is robust, scalable, broadly applicable, and easy to understand has been difficult. But as we launch more sites, we're learning how to be more deterministic in measuring success... and how to guide communities along that path. But implementing something usable gets pushed back every time we learn new ways to make it much less complicated.
