As Inf notes, the editor at work here has a way with words which is well-known around these parts. Some of us, upon tiring of interpreting terse insults on the Twitterbooks, will relax by reading such soothing summaries.
But, fanciful though they may be, they are not without meaning or relevanc...

Jesus Christ Almighty, what a f***ing mess of a website. I'm trying to post a question. Just the one, you know, f***ing question. So I sign up for an ID and I'm sent an email that doesn't real...
Could this question be closed as POB? Because OP is just asking for code and there are many ways to accomplish that?
feature-request Please add a close and flag reason: "OP is just asking How to code XY. Code provided by OP is not an attempt at solving problem, rather its just some random code and they are asking community to write code for them."
"perhaps it was intended more for the original author" - well, I'm the original author and I couldn't make head or tail of it either! — rand al'thor14 mins ago
So people are still talking about what a **** I am and how much they want to be rid of me! Thanks a bunch @InfiniteRecursion, @Bart. I don't know either of you from Adam, but I suppose you've just followed the crowd of Rand-haters...
@randal'thor We weren't talking about what an **** anyone is. Just an observation that someone had announced their departure and was active again. That is not equal to calling anyone anything.
@JonEricson I've been accused of insulting your religion and your piety. SE must be the only place where someone can be punished for libel when the 'victim' doesn't even know about the alleged libel! I have nothing against you personally, and I'm sorry if you felt I was attacking your family. I'd hate if someone did that to me, which is why I stay anonymous (God knows I have enough enemies here, half of them in positions of power too). Hopefully you and I at least can part without rancour :-)
@InfiniteRecursion You were displaying a derogatory and disparaging attitude towards me. (Funnily enough, I got suspended for 'displaying a derogatory and disparaging attitude'. Who said SE was fair?)
@JanDvorak I played nice. I made a perfectly civil meta post, not insulting anyone, inquiring if certain actions were considered above-board rather than saying Doorknob was misusing his power. What did I get in return? 42 downvotes and a lot of insulting responses from Doorknob, Shog9, and half the people in this chatroom.
@randal'thor It may have been perfectly civil - and you got a perfectly civil response - but you stated multiple untrue claims - and they have been debunked. I see no insult there.
@JanDvorak Shog9's answer to my question wasn't civil. Show me one "untrue claim" I made? What would be the point of me lying - most of the people reading are mods who can see all the background to everything anyway.
@JanDvorak He didn't. He couldn't see any way to win the argument fairly, and resorted to flaunting his power as a mod and accusing me of lying in order to debunk the discussion.
This is what happens when you give kids too much power.
@randal'thor it seems you already have a dedicated meta question for all this stuff. I'm not sure bringing it into this chat room is going to do you or any of those present any favours, nor make anything any more enjoyable. Perhaps just step away for a while and calm down.
@JanDvorak Unless someone @-pinged me (?), I think I just came into this room to see what was going on and found a long discussion of my meta question.
This question (which has pending delete votes, but is still visible) was marked as a duplicate of this question (which has already been deleted).
The above is an example of when the duplicate system breaks. The Possible Duplicate banner is still present, but most users won't be able to see it. O...
I have a David vs Goliath case here involving a teen moderator on Stack Overflow. His display name is BoltClock.
I'm a low reputation SO user (less than 150 points) who was recently suspended for Voting Irregularities by BoltClock. Eventually the mistake was corrected by another non-teen moderat...
