How do I delete these draft things? I wrote an answer to a question then decided not to post but the draft answer won't go away. I've tried closing the browser and starting it again, and also tried blanking out the box, but neither of these ideas worked.
This is now done for answers and new questions. A bulleted list for Jeff's enjoyment:
We save drafts automatically for all new answers and new questions once every 45 seconds.

Clearly every SE site will have to have a question titled "the trash bin", where we can all make drafts anytime we need to get rid of one on a real question
@MichaelMrozek I envision balpha hurriedly hacking a block for this, then relaxing after seeing "I'm too lazy to actually try"... then cringing and picking back up after rchern's comment.

As per Jeff's request, I put another easter egg into our internal chat today. Now I get overrun with feature requests for that egg. Lesson learned: Stack Overflow employees have their priorities straight :)
