@user1345541 because it's a common way for people to try to circumvent question bans and all sorts of restrictions the site imposes to keep junk from overflowing. It's not unlike asking "can I steal if I change my identity afterwards?" (Of course that's an exaggerated example) If you're asking why asking about it got you downvotes, well, votes on meta are more like people cheering and booing in a fighting arena than "This question shows research effort and is useful".

Likewise, if you ask a room full of cops (assuming they care) if you can steal and change identity afterwards, you'll at least get some dirty looks.
