Quite a few of us. We're just quiet at the moment. :)

I seem to recall this place being busier last year

Morning

1:19 AM
It was busier before MSE-MSO separation

pretty sure that was before my time

user315433
As far as SO is concerned, SOCVR took over the janitorial bits that used to be done in the Tavern.

user315433
And SO is a pretty big chunk of the network.

I found a date for my last known activity here: may 4, 2015
@hichris123 because of this
hichris talked me into filing that bug report

wut

1:24 AM
@amaretto heh, which was... promptly ignored.

@hichris123 it wasn’t really an earth-shattering problem

Probably about time for a hunspell update; if I have time I'll submit something for review.
@amaretto Well, yeah, but...

I'm more intrigued by Chrome suggesting "timezone" and "time zone" at the same time

this bug is the one I want fixed, not that it has anything to do with you

Yeah, that's out of my realm.

1:27 AM
I’m used to just dragging the window back up where it belongs

@AndrewT. Huh, that is weird.
How did you manage to do that?

user315433
Speaking of Google bugs, this one is waiting since 2012 to be fixed (in Apps Script). (I noticed it when answering an SO question caused by said bug.) "Thank you for reporting this issue. I've been able to replicate the behavior and will work with the engineering team to further investigate it."

user315433
6-8 weeks is not so bad in comparison.

@hichris123 well, not at the same time, but if I write "timezone" sometimes Chrome suggest "time zone", and vice versa.

1:42 AM
Probably similar to "timezone" vs "time zone" (on ELU.SE), but it confused me which to use :/
Oops, misflagged a comment on MSE...

@JanDvorak Nah better idea is flag as spam - those prices vary by manufacturer and some of the prices mentioned would be absurd for some component types. If I edited the end result would be an answer like "Probably best to find a contract manufacturer and ask them for an accurate price".

Hard deleted questions leave a legacy.
@AndrewT. You mean the podcasts?

I remember those
been a long time

Was it? I remember there were 2(or 3) public Hangouts, including flexsearch

@hichris123 first on my list would be a boat

@AndrewT. I only remember a few of those.. but they were a while back.
Speaking of podcasts: @TimPost is there any specific reason why podcasts stopped being live-streamed?

Q: What is the boat programming meme about?

Michael StumI remember some time ago there was some huge problem regarding some question that had something to do with a boat, and I think I missed that topic completely. As I see it being mentioned every now and then, I'd just like to know what it was about.

user315433
That's for developers, of course. Wonder how the CoGro team gets graded.

@404 Yes very interesting.
In other words, A+++, A+, A, B = A, B, C, D with the added insult to intelligence delivered in the form of "be more awesome" marketing fluff talk.
I propose F, F+, F++, and F+++.

It would way more awesome if they gave you actual unicorns, though.
