It's relevant in the sense that Louis C. K. argues you can use a word in a certain sense without meaning harm. Which however doesn't imply it's appropriate for chat, nor that people won't flag it. @Haney

revenge flag from an user already banned from another chat room.

After Bart used a bad word in a post to actually try to explain him what he did wrong, he proceeded to flag Bart in an attempt to get him banned too.

@ShadowWizard In the end the offending user was banned 72 hours and Bart was just warned, but you may want to avoid putting you in the position to be flagged.

lounge is tolerant alright ... there are probably would be 10+ comments with words such as 'd***' or 'c**k' in them. No one gets banned from those (if you are a regular)

I order butter cream in cake shops because nowadays most of the cake shops put fresh cream on top as default where I live.
