Why do people think I use a userscript to do edits?
I've mentioned it before on one of your edits, but I'll say it again here, it looks like you are using an automated userscript to do many of your edits. You are responsible for what that script does in your name. I suggest you look at its rules and make some adjustments. — Andy 2 mins ago

@AwesomePoodles I added you to privileged users, so reporting will be more straightforward in the future. Smokey does patrol Stack Apps (and gives occasional reports), but the spam you get there is different from what the rest of the network gets. So it just goes unrecognized most of the time. This report is a rare example of Stack Apps spam reported automatically.

@Bart Balloons.
@Bart Let's say that I used to have two  . . . on my tail, which kept flagging messages of mine they didn't understand.
A mod whoops-ly acknowledged one of them, and I got suspended for thirty mins.

Annoying, isn't it?

Do flags validated by 10k users normally lead to a suspension or does it have to be a mod / room owner?

It takes a number of 10k flags, whereas mod flags are binding and take effect immediately.

@Bart This message of mine is the first message that got flagged:

19
A: How many chat flags are required to remove a message/ban a user?

balphaThese are the current numbers ("current" because they can obviously be changed, but there aren't any plans to do so; they have been like this for a while): The threshold is six, meaning the net flag count of the message has to reach six. Net flag count means the number of flags minus the number ...

9:25 AM
@inɒzɘmɒЯ.A.M it's rarely about a message though. More often it's about behaviour.

Thanks. Just wondered because once on EE chat I one-boxed a (very) offensive question on the main site and at the time didn't realise it would stay after the question was deleted. I flagged it myself which caused a bit of an influx and it was deleted but I didn't get a suspension, might have been a mod that dismissed it and deleted the message.

@jimsug The first ever management that takes "meh" votes into account.
@Bart It's not even about behavior. He has a language barrier as big as The Great Wall and flagged "what the?" because he didn't know its meaning.
When Richard showed up, poor Santiago said "He came because ADG called me a spammer. I need to take a break for a while."
