Can someone ping me for a test?

A: Automatically dismiss a chat message on clicking the notification

AstroCBThis does seem like it should be possible, as the Notification onclick handler is supported by all major browsers except IE (which doesn't support desktop notifications at all, anyway). As for your second concern, technically that shouldn't be a problem: there are separate onclick and onclose ev...

Did my best to research the issue a little bit.
Not sure it's worth 250 rep, though.

@MyCodeSucks Have you ever visited this question? It's just two numbers away from the question ID your account downvoted, and an answer there was also removed. — cybermonkey 2 mins ago

Oh wow, this really brings back the memories… (and shows the bugs)

@bjb568 what is it?

It's a simple demo of a hero with velocity and position controlled by arrow keys.
You can build games off of this.

This one is even more fun to play with, since you're now have 3 levels off from position.

how do I format a code block for a specific language?

<!-- language: lang-foo -->

so <!-- language:.ht-access --> would work?

@cybermonkey why spaces between the = and numbers?

@Braiam repaired, the OP included a lot of unnecessary spaces, I guess I forgot to remove a couple

Does this look like a good enough syntax highlighter for DD?

@bjb568 wow, it's... rainbow-y

Q: Switching to highlight.js for syntax highlighting

isagalaevI'd like to offer our syntax highlighter library highlight.js for using on the Stack Exchange sites. I am perfectly aware that you already have one in place and there was a similar discussion a while ago, so the burden is on me to explain why you might want to even bother :-) What's in it for St...

A: Stop keyboard wobble due to uneven desk

Jason CThis is happening because there is a gap of space between a corner of your keyboard and the desk. Your goal, as you may have guessed, is to remove this gap. A general solution is to look around you and find a material that can do this. Look around you for something with the following qualities:...

Stupidness as far as the eye can see over there, as usual.

Brilliant.

@JasonC now write it as haiku
btw, a cloth normally works

I hate these haiku.
Is haiku its own plural?
Whatever, they suck.

japanese has weird plurals

Most poems are bad.
Meaningless without context.
What's purpose of write?
Communication.
Poems just obfuscate it.
Meaning isn't gained.
do re mi so mi… la la so mi re so so… fa fa fa fa mi

Please help, my desk sucks.
My keyboard wobbles. Life hack?
Like my desk, I'm suck.

mi so do mi do… fa fa mi do la do ti… la do do ti do
Before la in the second part, there can be a ti as an accented passing tone.
But that would totally break the 5-7-5 thing.

Ok I have to stop editing that answer, it's getting snarkier by the minute.

buht… buht… what will I do when all I have is my keyboard and surrounding area and need some saccharides? I'll starve!
@Astro Can you repro this?

@bjb568 Yes.

Huh, then is it not borked for windows?

I guess not.

Weird.
