It has reasonable scope. Most questions are "how to do X with <Google service> or on <social network>?"

So I am gathering, after sampling a dozen or so questions.

> How can I +1 something on Facebook?

HAHAHAHA ohgod.
I don't think Mat likes regex.
@rene: the tl;dr version would be (I think) like this - Question is "how do I parse HTML with a RegEx"; OP would like to segregate answers that say "Don't do that because [...cthulhu...]" from answers that say "Here's how you do it: [insert regex monster here]", and have the option not to see the first class of answers. — Mat 4 hours ago

@J.Steen even MS is switching to Git recently ... so yeah.

@Bart Yes. However, they're thinking about subversion instead, here. I need to help change their minds toward Git.

Subversion? Are they moving back in time?

2:00 PM
@Bart One of the elderly gentlemen "liked subversion and doesn't see a reason why it shouldn't be perfectly capable".

"Branch and merge"

I keep saying this.
"we never had problems with merging".
Probably because they only had one branch.

Hey, you can make Subversion work. It has done just fine for years for me ... if I restricted my use to very simple scenarios

user259867
@Bart You mean, not like Multiple Subversion Servers behind a load balancer? [fresh SF question]

We have 30 repositories, each with their own dev, test and prod branch, back-merging and merging across all.
Someone WILL screw up.

Nah. No need to touch it.
It's not useful to the asker, but it might be useful for someone else. As is already stated in one of the comments.

@J.Steen One more - same user, same problem -- I commented on this one a while back. stackoverflow.com/a/13004141/656243

2:33 PM
Technically... well. Mono doesn't have ASP.NET, so. Yeah. Not really an answer if you get technical.

@J.Steen So - flag, or no?

This user is far less disruptive than most. I don't think he's worth your time.
Especially since you'd have to do an other-flag, and explain why you're flagging. An NAA-flag would get dismissed right off, I suspect.
Simply because it looks like an answer.
Bottom line - not worth your time, not worth the time of reviewers, not worth the time of a mod.
