@LynnCrumbling Too late. I just finished concocting a rub, the contents of which I forget despite doing this all about 60 seconds ago. Gonna let them suck it up for about a half an hour then throw them in the oven for 4.
But actually I found a really great marinade recipe that's ridiculous on steak, I might pick up another rack or two next week because I suspect it will be awesome on pork too. Then I can think ahead enough to give them 24 hours to soak.
I think I know this; didn't we once have a conversation a while ago about a business trip you were taking to Manhattan, and the best breakfast sandwich in NY?
@JasonC We got about a foot yesterday.. and it's 9 degrees.
@JasonC I'm hearing stories that the lancaster pikes are 1" of packed snow/ice... that even ice melt can't do anything with because it's too freaking cold.
NYC winters always strike me as mild though, even the blizzards. The snow is usually cleared pretty quickly, and there's lots of foot and car traffic that pushes it around too. I got used to 2" thick sheets of clear ice in Pittsburgh every year.
@JasonC I've grown up used to hearing forecasts of 4-8", only to have it turn into all rain or some combination of sleet and x.... we're only 15 minutes north of the mason-dixon line.
@JasonC I recommend a nice Caesar salad to go with your ribs.

@hichris123 That's the kind of post where I'd be happy to downvote and let it be. The chance is miniscule that someone would answer it in the present form.
Since when do we have online paper? I want some of this!
@Shog9 What would you think of adding some tag guidance to [laptop] (Stack Overflow is only for programming problems, please check out Super User, yada yada yada)? Or perhaps just blacklisting it? (actually, should this be a meta post?)
If you're reviewing low quality posts, I'd like you to read this. All of it. Not skim it, not just vote up/down with everyone else. In exchange, I'll keep it short. Or if you are too busy, here you go:

That's a moderatorship-informed line of thought. Does this fit the definition of VLQ? Does this fit the definition of NAA? As a reviewer, I don't care about flag definitions: I don't even know how the post was flagged. If it deserves to stay on the site, I'll keep it, otherwise not.

What exactly is insane about bad answers getting deleted?
I recently had a position at a small web development shop in the US where virtually all software used on a daily basis was cracked. My own IDE was paid for, and I used open source software personally while there, but I was still required to use MS Office and various Adobe products.
