How to check if a certain website uses CSS3? simple Open it in IE , if the layout freaks out then it is CSS3. *Is there any browser that can do that? NO ;)*

I think we should have some mechanism that automatically flags certain meta posts (both child metas and here) for Stack Exchange staff attention when they get beyond a certain point. The thresholds would be something like (subject to tweaking):
Post is feature-request or bug
Post has a score of...
@ShadowWizard lol, that can also be used to threaten males in society. Usually happens all the times. I once heard from someone, that a girl here once did sex with three guys together, then threatened to press rape charges on them. Two of them paid her 200k INR, and the one who couldn't had to marry her
@ShadowWizard yup, in any case, all kind of people exist. On the contrary, some politically powerful males might get away with such acquisitions on the same grounds
@ClemensHimmer Just used a similar tool. It give me a html page with its own background and stuff. But I want pure html string of the content (which will give me exact tags for new lines and bold text etc.)
