@V2Blast my understanding is that it's not updated frequently enough to say it's up to date most of the time for things you want a "current" status on, so like at most 1 hour late

so for an initial data dump you might want to use SEDE, but then you might wanna use API to update the remaining data points

You should not feel rude for correcting people on your name. You honestly do not even have to explain yourself. However if you do, simply say "I go by Madeleine not Maddie." I personally wouldn't explain any further. If you're in a management role surely people will take the correction seriously...

I just bought Kracks with crab flavor for the second time and it has a hint of gasoline aroma... the flavoring is super sparse too but it costs the same as a can of pringles while being significantly worse

there's an aesthetic value in having all chips be random in shape and size

it's always pretty cool when you get a giant monster piece

I used to love blue Estrellas but some years ago they really changed the formula and reduced the flavoring and a couple years ago it just disappeared completely from the shelves

lays has been reducing flavoring on green and blue ones, and messing with all the flavorings over the years, so the bacon is off and cheese doesn't have a punch anymore

it used to be a known fact that the largest pack sizes always have less flavoring but now only the smallest packs have as much flavoring as you'd expect, everything above is diluted and just doesn't feel right

I switched to dried fish snacks lately coz it's still very salty and has a new long term chew feature :)

calamari rings and octopus bits are also interesting

@user76284 OK, and I'm saying this isn't necessarily because of an unjust bias. A sentence commonly thrown around here is "comments are ephemeral by nature". The moderator probably left comments they thought were the most relevant to the answer. My point is, none of the actions visible to a mere mortal like me sound like abuse. Deleting comments selectivity isn't abuse if the filter is right, and leaving a mod note that further comment purges may be needed isn't abuse either.

You can expand the content in the comments into a separate answer, and explain why the other answer misses the mark, as long as it's a necessary addition to the thread
