@Oded easy: change the code so that any post containing bamwar will be auto deleted upon submission, and its author account nuked. :D
15 minutes of work for you, eternity of pain for spammer

@TimPost Any reason not to preëmptively ban across virtually the entire SE network any post containing some considered selection of (1) Any Hangul at all. (2) Any Hangul in the title. (3) Some absolute number of Hangul characters. (4) Some proportion of Hangul characters to non-whitespace non-Hangul. (5) Some hybrid strategy involving subtler criteria.

I'm a tad bit confused. On Meta.SO you have the same rep as main SO and you can't increase/decrease it on meta
But on Meta.SE your rep is independant?

2:03 PM
Meta.SE is its own site

user259867
@DarkAshelin Yes, because meta.SE is not attached to SO, it's for the whole network.

@DarkAshelin That is correct. MSO is a child meta site. MSE is a main Q&A site that happens to be called "Meta" (and doesn't have a child meta)

While Meta.SO / Meta.X is a child meta

Nick BerardiMeta Stack Overflow is great; it gives you a chance to talk about Stack Overflow in a disconnected forum so that you don't have to break the fight club rules of talking about Stack Overflow on Stack Overflow. user259867
No. In fact, meta.SE sometimes pretends to be the meta site of stackexchange.com, but this is just for the show (in the site switcher).

@DarkAshelin why not?
And then we need MMMSE, a blog discussing about MMSE

Anyway, the Meta site for MSE is MSE. (yeah, infinite recursion)

my approach is more "post code up front or gtfo"

@IanKemp Well, (1) it's a new user.. if we can get them trained on asking good questions now, we'll save them (and us!) trouble in the future, and (2) there's a 5 minute grace period after a question is asked, to give the user time to flush out their question fully. I generally abide by that 5 minutes unless I can already see that the question is completely OT.
5 minutes is up for this Q.

@LynnCrumbling ah yes, i'm coming in an hour afterwards, so of course i'm feeling less charitable

@IanKemp And now.. so am I :) Especially given that I asked the OP twice to provide code.
