@SonictheAnonymousHedgehog apparently I'm a little distracted today - could you flag the post and we'll review shortly? (also include that I asked, its really one of those days :D)
@ShadowTheKidWizard well thanks for the early morning shock 😄 the global inbox doesn't prepend the @balpha for replies, so this made it look like the bug is back
@ShadowTheKidWizard On the same team as before I left? No, I was on the design team as a UX engineer until 2019. I'm now on the Content pod of the Teams team (although we've been on a sidequest to do some tech debt payback ever since I came back, so there hasn't been much "content" work).
@balpha heh. Meant since you returned, yeah. "do some tech debt payback" can take, well, forever, as there's always piling of new things to do. Question is, are you fine with that? What is "Content pod" anyway?! ;)
@ShadowTheKidWizard I'd argue that if the folks understood the platform is never actually finished, there's probably less tech debt, as long as its polish and maintainance and not rebuild all the things
@ShadowTheKidWizard I switched my IDE to dark mode a few years ago, after I had left SO. But when I came back, seeing the Stack Overflow codebase in light-on-dark felt so incredibly foreign to me, while it was instantly back to familiar in dark-on-light. That's why I now have Visual Studio in light mode but VS Code and Sublime in dark mode. The human mind is weird.
