@TravisJ I have the perfect solution for the latter: Invite people into your home, cook for them and ask them to bring liquid calories only

During the week is so time impacted. Maybe if they could cook for me also :P But then, drinking during the week is pretty much a terrible idea due to not enough sleep to recover.

I am currently on my 7th time being 5.

I gave up on drinking during the week... > 15 years ago...
