Hello, I am interested in people utilize SE community while searching on web. In order to do that, the question from our community should be found by means of search result. I am talking about : If people search like this or this , then it should include this question so-that people can utilize our community post.
@Pandya That is all about traffic. Unix.se is probably not so popular as Stack Overflow. Just find yourself a fresh Stack Overflow question and then search for it on Google ...
@Pandya Just checking a few of the top hits they were posted years ago - the fact they've probably meanwhile been linked from blogs, forums etc probably helps a lot.
We've been out of private beta for only two days, and stackoverflow.com is already ranking high in Google Search.
Are there any specific techniques applied in the site? I've been researching the subject for some time and haven't found it to be so easy.

You can send empty messages in chat! Example here. You get this by selecting the text box, hitting tab, then hitting backspace. Please fix it as its annoying. Also, this does not send spaces, it seems to send empty characters.
(Using ubuntu with firefox)
Hello, I've one suggestion for the general chat-room of any SE site. Though you can (fun) name the chat-room as community-like but the description should be like "General discussion about <site>" so-that newer/visitor can find them easily. What about this? If positive, then Should I make post (as guideline) about this on MSE?
Note that I am only talking about the general one of the SE site. not about other chat-rooms
