Housing inspection people are sh!t, I asked for a time for water proof inspection after 11am, they called me around 9am to say they are coming. But I am not on the site. I asked for an hour notice, they said they can only gave 30 minutes notice. But today, after knowing we can't not get there within 30 minutes, they will give me an hour notice.
user202362
He said he called at 7am this morning, left no message. There was no trace. After I messaged him, then called his office twice, he finally came and inspected the bathroom. All is fine.
user202362
09:48
Also told the waterproof tradesman the inspection was yesterday, then told him it got changed to today. He messaged me as soon as the inspector left and demanded the cash within 25 minutes. I told him had wait a little longer because we have to withdraw the cash. He started to scream, probably thinking we were not going to pay him. I Screamed back told him to wait an hour. So we paid him in an hour. So that's sorted too.
user202362
I suspect that he cut corner because the inspector said the water proof had to be at least two layers and asked whether it was two layers. So the tradesman either only put 1 layer or did not wait for enough time before putting the 2nd layer.
user202362
I hate hiring tradesmen, because they all cut corners when you are not looking. Maybe I should just lower my standard.

Found a bug @balpha'S. When the string 'S is appended to any username ping (partial or full) the word undefined get appended to the ping, causing it to become @Username'Sundefined. This only appears in the pinged user's chat, and only in the main chat body
Ping me and try?
Not in transcript, starred message list, or elsewhere. No console errors. Most likely a client side error with regards to how pings are parsed
Can't actually reproduce this yourself, since someone else will have to ping you, but, eh, there's plenty of socks to go around

LWC's Chat user shows the parent SO account as being 1 rep, but their SO account has 38 rep. What's going on?
caching?
@rene they've gained all their rep in the last two days, could be
19:59
@cybermonkey That's too much.
Maybe. I dunno.
Could it be there's some kind of threshold before your actual rep is "brought over" to your chat profile?
No AFAI have observed.
People with 21 rep get their rep visible in chat.
People with less than 20 rep, well, can't talk.
Ok. That rules out the threshold hypothesis.
BTW, I couldn't grant write access to someone with less than 20 rep in chat the other day.
It's also the same site: the chat SO profile. chat.stackoverflow.com/users/4829915/lwc
Wait. Look at the badges. The chat profile has only 1, the parent account has 11. I say it's caching.

Well, it's true - you can chat with 20 1-rep accounts. But not in the Tavern - since the Tavern belongs to Meta.SE, you need 20 rep on Meta.SE to chat there.
Pity that it's already been asked, @inɒzɘmɒЯ.A.M! This would have been such an appropriate question to use to get FractionalRadix 20 points.
