@inɒzɘmɒЯ.A.M The letter u excludes the user from matching username-based filters. Since this user's name isn't an issue, there is no need for u. As for - sign, it's useful for suppressing the confirmation message from the bot, which kind of gets old.

I just checked: indeed, whitelist does not give one a license to spam. :)

The cap is applied to income, not to profit.

It is consistently applied to your reputation income.
