How long do I have to wait before I get a reply to my message through "Contact SE" thingy?
@Arrowfar depends on why you contacted them, if you requested account deletion it usually takes 2-5 business days
normally they seem to respond pretty quick, 1-5 business days in most cases I'd think
user276632
I sent a message three days ago (regarding a problem that I have been facing in chat with a mod) and I still haven't got the response so I thought I'd ask.

Good morning!
So, some spam to flag this morning?
@PatrickHofman nice to see you here, would you be up for discussing my possible duplicate?
@overactor Of course.
I sort of see your point
I mean, the top voted answer does answer my question.
But the question didn't ask that question.
.... Bart is nowhere to be found ....
3
@SPArchaeologist: Should we call the police?
07:47
Quick, grab some star before he manages to return!
2
And it's unclear whether people actually agreed with that part of the answer
(Though I suppose the amount of votes does suggest that they did.)
@PatrickHofman to ask if they can help to find him or to check if they are the one who made him disappear in the first place?
@SPArchaeologist Good question
@overactor Indeed. You are right, I updated my answer, though it wasn't clear on first sight to me.
@PatrickHofman Well, if it wasn't clear on first sight, I suppose it isn't as clear cut as I thought it was.
@Shog9 has the spam filters become over aggressive recently? They appear to block legit questions: meta.stackexchange.com/questions/258653/…
While they might be crap, they're not spam - such false positives are not a pleasant experience to those users.
08:00
And the question was just flagged as a possible dupe, not voted to close. The main issue is that I have no option to say: "This is not a duplicate and I don't need to edit to make this clear"
Then again, maybe that's an arrogant thing to think and will never be accurate.
In any case, I'll edit in this case.
Okay, then don't edit if you don't want to. You are not required to do so, but it could help emphasize what you are asking.
@overactor I left an edit suggestion in the comments on Patrick's answer
@PatrickHofman Oh no, I did edit in this case, since I was clearly mistaken about how clear it is.
If it is just one use, don't worry too much :)
@overactor I agree it would be a nice to have to say No thanks, I'm fine with it as it is
08:06
