@Arrowfar depends on why you contacted them, if you requested account deletion it usually takes 2-5 business days
normally they seem to respond pretty quick, 1-5 business days in most cases I'd think

I sent a message three days ago (regarding a problem that I have been facing in chat with a mod) and I still haven't got the response so I thought I'd ask.
And the question was just flagged as a possible dupe, not voted to close. The main issue is that I have no option to say: "This is not a duplicate and I don't need to edit to make this clear"
Then again, maybe that's an arrogant thing to think and will never be accurate.

The OP had the question in the title and an error message in the question place, and the title actually may indicate that before upgrading iis the site worked. I still think that is a mix of too broad and really poorly written question, but I also trust you probably have more experience about closure management on SO.
