I'd love a clear statement for this kind of posts, sometimes abusive gets declined or disputed, I still did not figure out when and where to use NAA/OFF gaming.stackexchange.com/a/213435/93824
@PatrickHofman Well, I wanted to protect it, not close it, but I guess closing it is the proper thing to do - which would lead to wanting a historical lock.
I'm not sure why bjb and astro are racing to get enough rep to not be the one to get pushed out in case of elimination. The odds of having a candidate count that's exactly eliminating only one of them is so rare that it's almost negligible.
If I write my new Question with tags android json etc... I would like to know how many users subscribed to that tags are currently online.
May also be a kind of probability that my question will be answered.
If the chance to get an answer is too small, my question will get not enough attention...
@Bart That question encompasses a lot of what is now closed as too broad. Sometimes sadly, because questions like that can result in excellent short articles on how to fix common but complex problems..
Here's my plan: write a bot that writes other bots who create socks on Stack Overflow and use SEET to harvest rep from suggested edits and pool it together in bounties granted to me.
"Please note that due to the large number of nominees, only the top 30 nominees by reputation are currently eligible and displayedsee all 32 nominees"
Why is there no space between "displayed" and "see"?
@TheWobbuffet It looks like Shree is in some danger of getting removed from the list. You’d be back in the top 30. See the last comment on Shree’s nomination.
Just to be clear, @JasonC, I declined this proposal because I think it would make the situation worse. That doesn't mean I'm against proposals that might make it better; if you think you have one, post it. As a question, not a comment. — Shog9 ♦24 hours ago
@Shog9 Question: Do you think my suggestion in the comments there ^ was different enough from the OP to warrant a new post? I might be misunderstanding the OP's post, but I feel like if I were to post those comments as a new suggestion, it would get appropriately closed as a duplicate.
What's the difference I missed?
My intention in my comment wasn't to make a new suggestion, it was to try to convince you that the OP's suggestion had merit if a different wording was chosen. But I might have also misunderstood the OP's suggestion. I thought he was leaving the word choice itself open for discussion.
