Yes!
@James It already ended.
@Unihedro are you just saying that since he gave you 500 bounty before?
any non-biased people want to weigh in?
@Roombatron5000 I'm saying that because it's eligible for automatic rewarding. If you don't reward it, half of the amount goes to waste.
^^^^^^^^
15:48
Plus, part of me feels that you're asking for the sake of asking, you probably do want to award it anyway. :p
@Unihedro But if I don't reward it that means everyone's rep is worth more since there is 25 less rep in existence?
And it's not like nicael's not going to give it away soon anyways.
@Roombatron5000 That's not how virtual internet points work.
@Roombatron5000 I'll upvote 5 questions to spite you.

Well done! You've made the world a better place by awarding your own hard earned points to those who you feel deserves. Consider yourself a hero.
Not many people does that.
Except for those who want the badge, I suppose.
@Unihedro Any words which can be blacklisted?

16:02
kk
user259867
@ProgramFOX Since you're in the mood to edit keywords, consider changing "Babyliss ?Pro" to simply "babyliss". So that babylisscurl will be caught too; it's a common spammer username.
@Woodface Ok. Then I'll also move it outside the word boundaries.

@Woodface I once removed them because "why are they actually necessary?". That day, lots of FPs.
@ProgramFOX if you're working on smokey, it'd be great if you could change the baba keyword to baba ji. There's an AU user who has baba in their name but is not a spammer and shouldn't be matched.
Make the space optional.

@JonEricson cool, didn't know 1y existed
@Braiam The X-axis is weeks. The Y-axis is questions asked in that week and their current state.
@Braiam Yeah. I seem to have forgotten to document it. :-(
Samo added it a couple of weeks ago and I had something written. Now where did that go?
Ugh. Stack Overflow has that customized. Here's the search help on Math.
@Woodface most of those have answers. There may be useful info there.

@terdon but if people doesn't care about it, is better just to get them out of the way

Have you ever noticed how certain questions come up again and again on Stack Overflow sites?

Oh look, my PC is freezing. Should I use SELECT *? Oh, and, how can I host a server from home?

Really, people, do you want to be answering these same questions ten years from now? How about when you’re 65? That doesn’t sound so appealing now, does it?

We predicted this problem, even before we launched Stack Overflow. Why? Because the same thing happened on Usenet, where:

Most users could only see a few days or, at best, one month of archives for any given newsgroup. It was literally impossible  …

@Braiam I did. I wouldn't have been able to if that had been deleted automatically.
17:03
this is one example where I don't care if it gets deleted: stackoverflow.com/q/985410/792066

Hi all..
I have a confusion.. In this question http://workplace.stackexchange.com/questions/42973/career-switch-to-programming
The close reason is _Questions asking for advice on what to do are not practical answerable questions (e.g. "what job should I take?", or "what skills should I learn?"). Questions should get answers explaining why and how to make a decision, not advice on what to do_ ... My question..I am not asking for an advice here
Do companies look for age and kind of job that you are applying ? or Am I ?
hello, consider editing the question to make it better fit site topics laid out in help center. In particular, this guidance may help to learn what is expected of questions here. Good luck! — gnat 7 hours ago

Yes ..
and addressed the issues pointed by later iterations?
sometimes is better to just ask 1 obvious question
Oh ok...
Yeah the second one was asking for some situation which is primarily opinion and can have multiple answer
@MetaWonder It kinda depends on where you live. Legally in the US employers can't reject you because of your age unless you are too young to work. So part of the problem with your question is that it's too broad.
17:21
Does a closed question bump if it is edited by OP ?
yes
@JonEricson Yeah got it now.. Feeling clear now..

Gamification can bring out the worst in some people. Whether it's a new and learned compulsion to climb to the top, or what a system built around it lets you do when you feel like someone did something wrong to you. Both behaviors require intervention, which is currently done by human moderators. Would teaching machines how to better intercede get the message across better, without as much embarrassment and free up our moderators to do more interesting things? Probably worth exploring.
