@Sue I've only heard good things about the Surface Pro 3. I personally have the HP Stream 7 ($99 MSRP; was $80 on Black Friday) and it's been great. It struggles to run Chrome and Office (I haven't even tried VS) though because of its mere 1gb ram, so that should be taken into account.

Yes, I've seen Is it possible to get multiple Fanatic/Enthusiast badges? But what about making it multiple? ;-) Having 100 consecutive visits several times undoubtedly deserves an award.

@Sue Not really. Either robo-reviewers are attracted, or there is a reliance on the audit system. I've had review bans several times because people upvote crap, and that crap becomes an audit.

I think the motivation to race with query-powered flag farming isn't necessarily going to be stronger after the first badge is awarded to that user. Idk for certain, but I feel that the majority of SO users with the Marshal badge are not using queries. And those that have over 500 helpful flags will likely continue flagging the way they were before.
